  Been to this hotel for 20 years. The new renovation is excellent. Updated menus, personnel, rooms, public areas. Great for business travelers or convention meetings. Nice, clean, and affordable

  Our reservation indicated that a quiet room could not be guaranteed. Ok, but here is a huge difference between not quiet and having a room above a dance bar with little to no soundproofing. Staff were less than helpful. This hotel is nowhere near 4 star. Holiday Inn provides much better service by far.

  Comfortable. Very comfortable. Intermittent problems with wifi, but still good. Close to downtown Joliette which is home to several really good restaurants. It's also a very clean hotel and the soaps and shampoo is of good quality. It makes for a very relaxing stay.

  We booked a block for our weeding here. The rooms are renovated and clean. The service and food is really good. Only issue is the elevator wait time as there is only one.
